Usability is a term employed to describe the ease of which people can identify, interact and effectively complete tasks while utilizing a web application. As studies have proven Usability serves as the single greatest determinant of the success of a website, a greater emphasis has been adapted towards Usability testing which can scientifically extrapolate human-computer interaction.  The focuses of these tests include: time on task, accuracy, recall, and emotional response.
